QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ADVENT-EPCI has developed top notch QMS based on the knowledge and experience gained by the team over several years in several large organisations.

One of the key strengths of our Company’s QMS is the implementation of Lessons Learnt Review Process. Lessons learnt in each project are captured in our database on a daily basis, reviewed regularly and corrective actions required to avoid recurrence of lapses and failures are implemented on a timely basis

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL

Our QA/QC team members are well qualified and trained to identify appropriate standards for each project and maintain relevant documentations. Quality control is achieved by timely verification of quality during production process and documenting the results of such inspections. Traceability of materials and fabrication process are documented on a continuous basis

Weld quality assurance is achieved through independent NDT services rendered by independent third parties

The Company has developed in-house WPS and PQRs and a comprehensive set of documentation for QA/QC QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL processes
